1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WeatherSharp (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms are provided by Better Everyone Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

WeatherSharp provides a free dashboard to visualize US weather data. You acknowledge that this tool is for informational purposes only.

The data is sourced from third-party providers (National Weather Service) and should not be used for safety-critical decisions, emergency planning, or the protection of life and property.

Note: WeatherSharp is a private application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of the National Weather Service (NWS) or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Scraping: Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Repackaging: Selling, licensing, or sub-licensing the Service or its outputs to third parties.
• Harmful Acts: Introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious material that could harm the Service or its users.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including but not limited to its source code, calculation algorithms, visual design, user interface ("Look and Feel"), and text, is the exclusive property of Better Everyone Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

4.1. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our tools for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2. Content Reuse and Attribution

You may share screenshots or exports of your results on social media or blogs, provided that:

• You do not modify the image to obscure our branding or logo.
• You provide a visible credit and active link back to https://www.weathersharp.com.

You may not copy, reproduce, or host our calculators or dashboard on your own website or application without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising and Affiliates

The Service is supported by advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) and affiliate links. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Better Everyone Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

1. Your use and access of the Service;
2. Your violation of any term of these Terms, including the Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use sections;
3. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Everyone Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on weather data displayed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
